With extended family and friends, 6×6 m (28–40 people) or 3×9 m (20–28) work best. 6×6 has better ceiling height and feel.
Plan for buffet and cake tables
Remember space for buffet and a separate cake table. One 180 cm banquet table for buffet and one for cake — about 4 m² extra.

What size fits 30 guests?
For 30 guests we recommend a 6×6 m tent (28–40 people, 3,150 NOK/day) which gives good space for banquet tables, buffet and some open floor. A 3×9 m tent also works (20–28 people, 2,700 NOK/day) but is tighter.
When is confirmation season busiest?
Late April to mid-June is peak. Saturdays book quickly — reserve 2–4 months ahead to secure your date.
Do I need flooring and heating?
April evenings can be cool — a propane heater (350 NOK/day) is often worth it. Plastic flooring (35 NOK/m²) is smart if the ground may be soft or wet.
