Terms and conditions

1. Booking and confirmation

A booking is binding once you receive confirmation from Bedre Teltutleie by email or phone. We confirm availability within 24 hours on business days.

2. Prices and payment

All prices include 25% VAT unless otherwise specified. Payment is made via invoice with 14-day payment terms, Vipps or card payment.

3. Delivery and pickup

Delivery, setup and takedown are included in the price for Oslo and surrounding areas. Exact delivery time is agreed at least 3 days before the event.

4. Customer's responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring the site is prepared and accessible for setup at the agreed time. The customer is liable for damages to rented equipment beyond normal wear.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation up to 14 days before the event is free. Cancellation 7-14 days before incurs 50% of the rental amount. Cancellation under 7 days incurs the full amount.

6. Force majeure

Bedre Teltutleie is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, natural disasters or public orders.
